Fair Schedule

        Our Stake Preparedness Fair on Saturday, September 10, 2022 will begin at 9 a.m. with a welcome from President Johnson. Demonstration and display tables will be available in the cultural hall during the duration of the fair beginning at 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

There will also be three breakout sessions during the fair with the same five preparedness topics offered each session. The five topics are:

Disaster Supply Kits (in the Young Women's room- Room #17)

Financial Safety and Vital Documents (in the Multi-purpose room- Room #7)

Hygiene and Sanitation ( in the Nursery room- Room #9)

Water Storage and Purification (in the Relief Society room)

Where to Begin with Food Storage (in the Children's Meeting room)

The schedule for the breakout sessions is:

9:00- 9:30 -- Opening thought and open tables in the gym

9:30-10:15 – 1st Breakout Session

10:15-10:25 – Short Break

10:25-11:10 – 2nd Breakout Session

11:10-11:20 – Short Break

11:20-12:05 – 3rd Breakout Session

12:05-12:30 -- Open tables in the gym
