*** Update: At the fair quite a few of you had questions about the Pressure Cooker gauge test. No one answered us at the USU extension service in Orem ( they are now located at the mouth of the Provo canyon, FYI). However, the Mending Shed (1735 South State Street, Orem) said they would check your pressure cooker free of charge while you wait. Hope this information is helpful. :)  ***
